The opportunity

Help homeowners make a confident solar decision through clear, consultative advice on system design, SEAI grants and return on investment.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to qualified residential solar enquiries
  • Understand each customer’s home, energy use and goals
  • Explain Solar PV systems, grants and return on investment clearly
  • Prepare and present suitable proposals
  • Maintain accurate follow-up and pipeline records
  • Work closely with design and operations through handover

What we’re looking for

  • A strong record of selling, influencing or winning new business
  • Confident communication and disciplined follow-up
  • A customer-first, consultative approach
  • Comfort discussing value and asking for the business
  • Full driving licence
  • Solar experience is valuable but not essential for candidates with strong sales ability
